I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless and modern rooms that had plenty of cupboard space. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the gym with its great equipment and the option to use the yoga/class room. The location was perfect, just near the shopping area and not far from the famous historical site. I also loved the bountiful dinner buffet in the hotel's restaurant, Seasons, which exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially the knowledgeable concierge and the attentive breakfast server. this hotel provided an excellent experience.
No issues.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotlessly clean rooms and well-maintained public areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great gym, nice pool, and comfortable rooms. The location was also perfect, with easy access to transportation and some great restaurants nearby. However, the best aspect by far was the service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The reception, room service, and restaurant staff were all polite, welcoming, and attentive. Special mention goes to Isa, the manager of the restaurants, who made sure we didn't miss a thing. We were also impressed by the quick response of room service to our special requests. the service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional and made our stay truly memorable.
Everything was fantastic.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just across the road from the Mamilla Mall and within walking distance of the Old City. I stayed in the David Citadel for two weeks and was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property. The hotel facilities, including the pool and kids area, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast offered at this hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the bellmen and wait staff at the coffee bar.

I had an outstanding stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Eviatar at the concierge, were extremely helpful and attentive. They arranged transportation for a large group to the Maccabiah Games opening ceremonies, which was sensational. The food manager was also very proactive in ensuring a pleasurable dining experience.
The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great gym and a nice pool. The rooms were relatively spacious and the bathrooms were well-appointed. The kids playroom was fantastic, with a variety of fun activities. The location in this city provided stunning views of the Old City.
Can't fault anything about it.
